Me & my family have lived here for 5 years & first moving in it was amazing clean property,quick maintenance in and out so quick, office staff that was so friendly & made you feel welcomed We thought man we were the trashier kinds of people moving in and we arent but thats how high the standards seemed here & throughout the years we have gone thru 5-6 managers who all get worse and worse everyone after roger has lacked management and care for the property in my opinion and the office staff is getting less helpful and the new maintenance is horrible at getting to the requests taking weeks and me constantly having to call about updates, Alyssa never returns our phone calls but if its something they need done for us to go down we are bothered daily its ridiculous, the property gate is always broken and open allowing anyone to come on the property So stop staying its a gated community when it never is working and it would always mess up since we moved in but roger always had them fixing it to be working again its been close to a year and it still isnt fixed Or worked on, the property is always dirty in the tree areas and the dumpsters are always surrounded with trash when the dumpsters arent full its just gotten so trashy & ghetto Like they allow anyone to move in now That we will not be renewing our lease in a couple of months and used to love living here I personally think anyone can find someplace better then Woodlawn ranch unless they get new better workers
