It's only been 3 months but my experience here has been way more positive than my previous living situation of almost 5 years. The building seems soundproof enough that we're unbothered by neighbors, and airtight so cold doesn't get in and heat doesn't escape. We have a thermostat. We didn't have one of those at our old place. Sheran is very nice, spunky, and checks in frequently. My roomate (sister) and I appreciate that very much, we feel comfortable asking her about things if we need help.
I could go on and on about how much happier we are here but that would be a very long and rambly review so I'll end it here.

The only reason I gave 3 stars was because of Sheron one of the leasing agents. She has helped me so much with transferring apartments and the issues in my new apartment!! Im very pleased with her! As for management Im not pleased at all. My tub has been running water and wont plug and my shower does not work anymore. This has been over a month to try to get things fixed.
