I visit my GF here quite a bit, love the place, amenities are great. Only bad experience is this guy in apt 102 trying to lure me inside with the promise of "drinking me like a milkshake"... it's only happened twice in 2 years, but beware. Management is great, but the smell walking past aforementioned apt 102 is not good, smells like sweat and excrement. Price is great, affordable. pool is awesome and clean.

There is a local celebrity though, perry karamello, that lived in a junior one bedroom unit near the apartment i was renting. I complained to the management about the loud noises, unkempt appearance and strange visitors he had.

I am glad I stayed here when ownership and management changed a few years ago. The manager Tom takes really good care of the building and always makes himself available if I have an issue with my apartment and takes care of it right away. Since the management and ownership change I am no longer embarrassed to invite my friends over as the building always looks spick and span and the grounds are kept up immaculately. This place is amazing!! Naturally, when you are looking for an apartment, you scour the internet for reviews. This building did not get the best treatment from previous tenants. Along with the unsavory reviews, there were a few that were positively glowing. This made me suspicious. We all know the perils and tricks of the new school Yelp universe; a really bad review suddenly gets two stellar reviews that seem fake. Anyway, this is completely NOT true in this situation.
We moved in on May 1st, 2016 and could not be happier. The grounds are extremely well manicured. Although, Summer is not officially here yet, I have not had to deal with obnoxious children and their parents at any point. The management is attentive, professional and highly respectful of your privacy. I have been around the block literally and this building is truly special. I grew up not far from here and have seen this area change dramatically. My boyfriend and I are super happy. I smile on my way home from work, rounding the block, knowing that I have a safe place to call home and a ton of great restaurants right down the street.
This place is completely worth the money. Let this Yelp guide you in the right direction. Also, it is two of us and street parking has not been a problem yet.

Pretty decent place except the area right around Apt. 102. This area reeks of stale marinara, Sobe Pina Coladas and gypsy feet rot. Also there are constant sounds coming from Apt. 102 that range from loud screams from what sounds like man on man sex to the constant airing of the movie Across the Moon starring Christina Applegate, Elizabeth Pena and Tony Cox. Please avoid apt. 102 at all costs.
