Well I have to say it is one of the best apartment complexes it is probably the nicest area Marina del Rey by fisherman village you have routes right down the street to so many good places to eat you can just go for walks ride your bike right to Manhattan Beach it's a great place a little expensive I used to live with my ex-girlfriend I loved it to me it was one of the best places to live you could just walk to the beach ride your bike right to Manhattan Beach it was amazing so I had to make a decision because the rent was high so I took my savings and I put it down on a one bedroom condo where my mortgage is $2,500 a month is cheaper to buy and rent so I took all my savings I left myself with 5,000 and put 115 Grand down decided to rent it out and now I live for free to me there's no other place to live Marina del Rey and Venice and Santa Monica is the best area

I moved here for 6 months five and a half years ago. So much I love about living at the Breakwater Apartments. The low density, living beside the water, the sunsets, the residents, the bike path, the Equity Staff! A huge shout out to Matthew W & Kristina C in the Office for being more than on top of any issue (and their kindness) that's come up for me since the pandemic and Maintenance Staff Brian/Bryan & Stevie for their great work, professionalism and kindness. I have nothing but good things to say about our Community Manager Shelly as well! This year has certainly been challenging for all of us but I'm so happy to call this place my home.
