Westside Apartments on Sawtelle has been my home for these last few years. It is one of the best apartment settings you can find on the Westside. It is a beautiful, safe location, very well kept, clean, and with great amenities and an unbeatable pool. What gives it the extra special touch is its management, the leadership and the service team. Joe Ruggirello has been consistently highly professional, sophisticated in handling complex matters, with great attention to detail at the same time, and always going the extra mile. He always takes the time to make sure all matters are handled and resolved, and he communicates swiftly and well. The service team, Hugo Peralta and Erick Mercado, are always professional and polite, handling requests swiftly and thoroughly,, and always in record time. Add to this great amenities, safe parking, and a beautiful pool and spa, if you are looking for a new home: Voil it doesnt get better!

The maintenance workers Jose and Eric did such a great job fixing our dryer. They showed up quick, worked hard for an hour and a half, completely taking apart our dryer and cleaning it thoroughly and fixing the broken parts. They were extremely professional and very kind, I would like to give them extremely high praise for their help.

I was living in Westside for a year, and it was great, from the help of the leasing agent to the maintenance people. Tiffany the mananger is amazing. I always felt very happy living in Westside. The community is very beautiful, it has a beautiful pool and a well-equipped gym. The neighborhood is very beautiful, safe and quiet. My dogs loved living there.

This review is solely for the experience that we had with one of the property consultants. We toured this property with Jaime and she was an absolute professional. She maintained a high level of professionalism and communication throughout our process. Although we decided to go with another property, Jaime's above-and-beyond style of work ethics left us with a very good impression of her, as well as the establishment that chose to hire her. Her zest and vigor position her to be an excellent representative of all that she chooses to represent!

I've lived here only a few months but I am really thrilled with our new home. As a single mom with a toddler and a puppy, I feel very safe living here and have met some really nice people. As for the building, the apartments are bright and clean - the covered parking is ample and spacious. Overall, the facilities are beautiful (gym, pool. BBQs) and well maintained; it's impressive how clean everything is. The staff could not be nicer, more friendly or more accommodating - from the maintenance men to the ladies who work the front office - Great management!
