I just wanted to leave a review specifically for Jesse Ramirez on the maintenance team. Hes been of huge help to me on two separate occasions where Ive had issues with my unit, and not only is he a prompt responder even after hours, but he is also super efficient in finding effective solutions if he can, as well as being exceptionally kind to make sure things are alright. Great service that makes me feel safe to be living in this apartment.
The service requests are always done promptly and well. Jesse and Tony are consistently helpful and deserve to be rewarded for their hard work!
