Only cats, birds, and fish are permitted. Unauthorized pets include but are not limited to: Dogs, Ferrets, Guinea Pigs, Rabbits, Rats, Snakes, Reptiles, and Exotic Animals. Maximum one (1) cat per apartment. Large Birds must remain in cage and require a Refundable Pet Deposit. Fish tanks over ten (10) gallons will require a Refundable Pet Deposit. Pets must always be on a leash, no longer than six (6) feet, and under control when outside of the apartment. Pets may not be left or tied up outside on a patio, balcony, or common area. Residents must pick up pet droppings immediately. Sandboxes in apartments are the responsibility of the Resident to keep in a sanitary, odor-free condition. Resident shall insure that the pet is well behaved at all times and does not disturb other residents. Resident agrees to keep the pet(s) licensed in accordance with all applicable governmental provisions. Resident will be responsible for any and all damages caused by pet(s) on the property or to the apartment and will indemnify and hold harmless Owner and Management for, from, and against any and all claims arising because of the pet(s). NO VISITING PETS All pets will be subject to all rules and regulations outlined in the Lease Agreement, Pet Agreement, and /or Community Policies.
