IN PHASE 1:We’re happy to welcome your furry companions to our pet-friendly community! A one-time pet fee of $350 per pet, and a monthly pet rent of $30 per pet will apply. For the comfort and safety of all residents, pets must be at least one year old. At this time, we are able to accommodate cats and dogs only, and visiting pets are not permitted. While we love all animals, certain pets and breeds are not allowed. Restricted breeds include Huskies, Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Bull Mastiffs, Cane Corso, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, and any mixes of these breeds. We are also unable to accommodate ferrets, teacup pigs, mini horses, or ponies. To help keep our community clean and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask that pet owners promptly clean up after their pets in all common areas. A $100 fee may be applied if this policy is not followed. Before move-in, we’ll just need a quick meet and greet with your pet, as well as a photo and vet information for for our records. We require all dogs and cats to be spayed or neutered, and added to your renters insurance policy. Thank you for helping us create a happy, pet-friendly home for all!
