This apartment nice but the problem I have is the trash pick up. The pick up guys never like taking trash. I literally put my trash out early and they still wont pick it up. He left a note saying flatten cardboard, like how else am I supposed to flatten the cardboard. I have a lot of cardboard in my house because the guys wont pick it up and you cant leave it out or the complex will charge you. If you want a littered house, come live here. I will go talk to them in the office and update this when I get a respond.

Construction made moving a little funky but I knew that may be an issue as the complex is still being built and parking a little sticky Bc spaces arent avail always.
I have had a few issues and they are so attentive and respond immediately! Thanks guys!

Acero Stadium is a great place to live! The apartments are very nice and brand new- I love the pretty interior. Its quiet, and we have so much storage space (big cabinets and closets- inside and outside). The location is convenient too- several grocery stores, gyms, and lots of shopping within a couple miles. There are resident events here every month- there is always food and its always fun. The staff members are super friendly and helpful! Especially the manager Zach and the assistant manager Anjelica- they are both easy to work with, and answer questions right away. Plus there is a great coffee machine in the community room, and the fitness center is incredible! Would recommend Acero!!

Although we have not moved in yet either, we just recently got our application transferred over from Acero North Valley to here, Acero at the Stadium and Anjelica made the process very smooth and easy for us. We had gone in for a tour yesterday with Anjelica as well and she was really nice and helpful and answered any questions we had during our tour. I spoke to Chad and Cameron on the phone a few times and they were nothing but helpful to us too which made us feel very welcome!

The staff here are great and are very helpful. My only issues were: Everyone was assigned to move in on the same day, construction is still going on, but I don't have a parking space at the moment , they have 2 bedroom apartments but not enough parking space to accommodate everyone, because the apartments are fairly new I've found a few issues in my apartment already, and the cost of living here is pretty high and as Glendale grows I'm pretty sure they are going to increase rent for everyone over time.
