University City Neighborhood Summary

Aptly named, this neighborhood contains the University of Pennsylvania, Drexel University, and the Institute of Contemporary Art and lies just across the Schuylkill River from City Center. To avoid small sample sizes, we restrict the analysis for our reports to cities meeting minimum population and property count thresholds.
