Spruce Hill Neighborhood Summary

Back when Philadelphia was a budding city, Spruce Hill was a streetcar suburb. Today, Spruce Hill has an eclectic spirit all its own and is one of Philly’s most diverse neighborhoods. Clark Park, adjacent to the University of Sciences in Philadelphia, pulls the community together and serves as a main gathering space for West Philadelphians, hosting plays, sports, and music events. Lower rents make this neighborhood a great choice for students or those seeking a Philadelphia lifestyle at a lower price tag.
