Alex was great. The service from the window guys was quick and they were respectful. Isabel and Jami are always awesome and Marty was a great Maintenance Tech.

The apartment is suitable. I need a strainer for my kitchen drain. I almost lost my husband's wedding band to the garbage disposal. The bathroom sink also needs a stopper. The laundry facilities are in need of repair. One load did not complete cycle with no final spin. Wrung out load and dried. Was informed by several residents that there have been numerous problems unresolved with both washers and dryers.
Please do what you can to correct these concerns.
They listened to me when I asked for a couple things for the gym and making it more convenient to work with people work schedules, they are awesome !!!
