Everyone there what's so nice friendly and professional they made me fill at home. Let me let you know about Presidio North they might be pricey but now days who aren't but if your house is dirty it's because of you these people care about there property and they love them to look nice if you have bed bugs you brought them there don't talk about this complex this is a very decent apartment complex

I have 2 major concerns regarding security. 1- the pedestrian gate alongside the front gate does not lock so anyone can enter the property...
I have 2 major concerns regarding security.
1- the pedestrian gate alongside the front gate does not lock so anyone can enter the property in the middle of the night.
2- on the North east corner of the property there is no security at all so non residents can walk right in 24/7.
People are also able to squeeze through the northwest gate and we have overnight guests who sleep in the storm drain running the length of the north side of the property
It could have been better, if the parking lot was wider to be more roomy for tenants and that we no longer allow dogs...
