I don't know why people complain this place seems like a nice place to live plus I asked a nice lady that's been living here for more than 10 years. She recommends this place and me and my aunt are going to move in here there's a two bedroom available that I've been waiting for!!! 08/31/2018 as far as cockroaches I mean you're going to find that anywhere I'm pretty sure they go through the proper inspection and insect extermination in the apartment when it's vacant for new people to move in all you got to do is just take the proper measures to prevent roaches from being in your apartment! This is not a ghetto neighborhood it's a very positive uplifting neighborhood yes maybe 10-15 years ago it was a ghetto area but Panorama City is one of the most beautiful places to live everybody's very nice yes it's a predominant Latino area but we still have a diversity of different nationalities living around here and we have nothing but welcoming open warm arms for them!! I've been wanting to move in here for years and now I get the chance to move in wish me luck!

The first thing was that it's roach infested for sure. The manager, Marco said that it doesn't have roaches when asked in the office, so he just lied. He's not the most honest character. Also the parking here is not the best situation. They charge you $25 a space for a terrible complex that has structural issues. Some of the floors slant. The sewage seeps through at certain spots and stinks. So glad we moved, under good terms of course, and found a better spot. Oh, and they'll keep Almost ALL your deposit and they have the cheapest carpet I've EVER SEEN. I hope this VERY HONEST review sheds some light on this terrible place.

Do not move here!!!! The staff is extremely rude and there are roaches everywhere! The leasing office charges $30 dollars for a gate card key and will not replace them if lost. The surrounding area is very trashy; their is a glass recycling center on the east wing of the building and a swap meet; this apartment is not idea for a family or someone who wants to feel safe at night. Our car was stolen only months after our family moved in. Even though the property is under 24-hr surveillance the complex refused to relinquish the video so that we could catch the perpetrator; even though their was a police report filed.
All the residents that we have met during our stay either break their leases permanently or do not renew.
The night staff is also very rude and will enter your apartment without your permission.
DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! YOU CAN RENT A HOUSE IN A NICER AREA A LITTLE FURTHER AWAY FROM THE VALLEY FOR THE MONEY YOU SPEND HERE!
THEY DO NOT RETURN DEPOSITS!!!!!!!!!!
