I have lived at Springhill for 8 years. Maintenance is always taking care of our needs and the office staff is great. Highly recommended.
I call Springhill home for a reasonbecause it is! Friendly staff, great neighbors, safe location with easy access to stores/restaurants/highwaysIm glad I chose to live here.

The location is perfect and the schools are some of the best in Kansas, but other then that I have lived here about a year and half and love it!
My kids and I loved using the pool all summer and having a gym on site is awesome! I can't wait for them to extend their hours again.
Springhill was great when we moved in, but they are really stepping up their game with all of the new improvements. Trees trimmed, building have had their siding repaired and repainted, parking lots freshly coated, and more to come!
The staff and maintenance have been super helpful!!! One of the maintenance guys showed up on Thanksgiving to help us when out kitchen sink started leaking and the new grounds keeper went above and beyond to keep my family safe.
He saw a strange man (my dad) doing something to tires on my vehicle. He saw me and my kids walking to the car and made sure to tell me that someone was messing with my car. It made me feel so great to know that I have an extra set of eyes looking out for my family's safety!
