Addition to previous review: I have now lived at West Haven for a few weeks and love it! So far the best experience I have had as a renter. Neighbors are so friendly, controlled access makes me feel safe, the pool is great, and my dog loves all of the green space! There is a park nearby with awesome trails and convenient businesses around the apartment. I can't hear a peep from my neighbors. I have been continually impressed! Love it here! - - I am so excited to move in! Honor has been a great help in my process in finding a new place to rent. She showed me a few different apartments based on my needs and timing. She answered my numerous questions thoroughly and promptly. The process of applying and lease signing has had hiccups on my part and she was always there to help! I look forward to my move in date!

I have lived at Westhaven Apartment Homes for 3 yrs. Yes, office staff has changed, quite frequent but it took the property a while to find the right Manager for us. "Honor" is amazing! She is thoughtful & caring. She encouraged me as a single parent to get back in school! Then she took it a step further in her own time & helped me enroll in school as well as understand the financial aid aspect. Honor has weeded out the bad tenants, and brought in a stellar Maintenance crew. Hakeem & little Jason (No pun intended) keep our property in great shape. They installed bright lighting in our common areas & parking lots. Safety is important to me. I have never had a maintenance request overlooked, or not taken seriously. Maintenance takes ownership in the work they perform. I appreciate knowing the person that is entering my home has integrity & takes pride in the work they do. You won't find rifraf hanging out, or and unwelcoming environment. We even have a tenant who has been here for 30+ years. This isn't a myth, he's a living person. Lol Now if that doesn't resonate that I'm proud to call West Haven my home I don't know what does.
