"I have only been a The Bank Apartments for a few months now, but I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. It is a nice, clean apartment complex with great security and very nice amenities(rooftop, fitness center, community room, etc.) It is very primely located because of its easy accessibility to downtown, Creighton, and Dodge St. The rates are well worth it for the price, and it should easily cost more than is charged for it. But most importantly, the it is the staff and management that are the cherry on top of the great experience of living here. Both Callie and Marcela are always on top of things, very responsive and very accommodating and always a great help. I was willing to live in any any of the NuStyle residences under their management. I highly recommend it and you won't regret living here or working with the excellent staff."

Been living in the Dillinger setup in the Bank for about four months now, and I really don't have any complaints. The apartments themselves are very spacious for what you pay and the amenities are top-notch. All of the appliances are brand new and maintenance responds VERY quickly if anything goes wrong. Callie, the property manager, is as nice of a property manager as you'll ever find. Trash and recycling are right down the hallway, so you don't have to go outside. Laundry and dryer units are right in the apartment so you don't even have to leave you apartment. The upstairs gym and community areas are always clean and open for use. There isn't a noise issue with neighbors or the street (or at least I haven't experienced any issues). The only negative is the parking garage, which is a block down the road, but even that really isn't much of an issue. We pay much less for parking than other apartments in downtown, so it evens out. Overall, the Bank is a solid place to live.

This was a wonderful place to live. The building is beautiful and the conversion to apartments was extremely well done. It's clean, safe and quite. The neighbors are friendly, but you often do not run into folks because it's a small number of folks living at The Bank. Callie, executive who manages the building, is top notch and cares about each resident. Maintenance is quick and professional. Location is terrific. I would recommend and you should absolutely check The Bank out. Great value and great location. You will not be disappointed.

I've been at the Bank Apartments for 3 years and have had a positive experience. The building is nicely maintained, and I have found the management company to be responsive and positive to work with. The rooftop has a nice community room and a good deck. People you meet there are generally pretty friendly.

I have lived here for a year and a half and have never had any issues at all! The apartments are spacious with nice finishes and include an in-unit washer/dryer. Maintenance staff respond to any issues within a day or so, and the community areas on the roof are top notch and usually available for reservation. It's a wonderful place to live!

Excellent apartments, and even better management company. My wife and I have lived in the bank apartments for over five years, and were the very first tenants in our unit. The building itself is beautiful, and we love the rooftop deck, fitness center, and community room. We've seen several apartment managers and maintenance people come and go, but all NuStyle staff have been outstanding. Problems, even though they are few and far between, are addressed immediately. We would definitely recommend this property and their management company to anyone.
