Great apartments and very affordable for the area! Clean, updated, maintenance is amazing. Of course, people are going to try to smoke and have pets without permission but well handled by staff and we have never had problems. The managers are friendly and actually remember me.

DO NOT MOVE TO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX THE MANAGER SHARON IS A LIAR SHE SAID SHE WOULD LET ME OUT OF MY LEASE BECAUSE SHE SAID I COULD GET SATELLITE FROM THE UNIT I CHOSE BUT WHEN I MOVED IN I COULD NOT GET A SIGNAL. NOW SHE IS TRYING TO SAY THAT SHE DID NOT SAY IT WHICH IS A LIE. SHE WAS RUDE TO ME AFTER I MOVED IN. MY WASHER & DRYER DID NOT WORK BECAUSE THEY DID NOT MAKE SURE THE WATER WAS TURNED ON WHICH WAS STUPID AND SHE DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. SHE IS TRYING TO CHARGE ME FOR THE WHOLE MONTH OF AUGUST WHEN I DID NOT EVEN STAY THERE THE WHOLE MONTH AND SHE IS TRYING TO KEEP MY DEPOSIT EVEN THOUGH SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS LETTING ME OUT OF MY LEASE. I WILL DISPUTE THIS WITH THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND MY BANK.

Great, big apartments with really beautiful design. They really take care of everything inside and out. Great maintenance service, really friendly manager. The lawns are mowed very regularly and snow is always removed fast. The place is safe and quite and close to all sorts of stores.

I lived at Benz Place for the last two years. Apartments are updated and spacious. Maintenance is very on top of things and ample notice is always given before entering an apartment. The apartment manager and her assistant are friendly and very helpful. I really enjoyed living there. I would highly recommend it.

I am a current resident, a transplant from the plaza in Kansas City, and think that Benz Place is an excellent apartment community. They really keep up on the mowing and daily upkeep, and it always looks great! In the winter, they are on top of snow removal instantly. I was really impressed, and their maintenance staff takes care of problems quickly. One of my best living experiences and I would highly recommend this apartment complex. A very safe community too.

We lived in these apartments for almost 5 years (the first 3 years in a 1 BR). I am actually surprised by the number of reviewers talking about car break ins because I never had any problems and heard of just one such case in my entire 5 years out there!
When we wished to move to a 2 BR apartment, we checked out the other options in the area and found that we were already in the best apartment community. Some reviewers have also mentioned that the manager is rude. On the contrary, I always found Sharon to be considerate and nice to deal with. In fact, I would go a step further and say that it is because of her efforts that the apartments are one of the best in NW Omaha.
I have had friends living in different apartment communities but I have to say that Benz Place has one of the most efficient and timely snow removal/clean up service. (If you have lived more than a couple of years in Omaha, you would know that it counts for a lot!)
The maintenance guys are prompt, the community is clean at all times, it is safe primarily because the manager lives in an apartment herself and is able to keep an eye on things that happen on the premises.
We would definitely rent there if we ever move to Omaha again!
