This place has to be the worst place to live, there are fights, shootings, drug users and the police do nothing but roll through....

This place has to be the worst place to live, there are fights, shootings, drug users and the police do nothing but roll through. The people that live here are criminals. The leasing office says open with the door locked and no one to respond to tenants until it's time for them to leave and they rush to their cars and dart out of here. The ghetto black bastads that sell their drugs here will speed through the parking lot going over 40 miles an hr and the traffic is non stop. Lots of hand to hand transactions and police are literally here every day. The leasing office got burned down. Then another building got burned. You can hear through the walls, probably because they are made out of mold since the drywall has rotted. Busted pipes don't get fixed here. This place will not pass section 8 inspections. New management every year. You will have lice and ticks and fleas because the residents can't pay to spray their animals. Did I mention the rats? The walls are covered with thick coats of paint to hide all the problems. On the bright side there is a school within 50 ft of the Apts where ur kids can get a horrible education since the school is an f rating. Ur kids can participate in the whip and nae nae talent show. U want thug life come on down to the real hood. Se 53rd Do urself a favor and stay well away from this place or u will find urself regretting the decision to move in.

They are scandalous. They never fix anything and when they decide they want to it's MONTHS later. It's very GHETTO and shooting happens almost DAILY. I never let my son go outside because someone got shot right by my door. My family hardly ever came over because of all the violence and if that's not enough I moved because of all the violence and shootings gave my 30 days notice and their still trying to make me pay talk about unprofessional which is what they are. If your thinking about moving over there RUN REALLY FAST AND DON'T LOOK BACK. Save you and your children from poor service and violence.
