Of course if you want to branch out your eating facilities you can always hop on the 1 train to take you wherever you need to go. In the Bronx you can always catch the New York City Subway run by the Metropolitan Transit Authority. You can take the subway practically anywhere in New York for only a few dollars. You can purchase a Metrocard at the station to ride conveniently. From campus you can take the #1 train all the way down to the South ferry Station at the bottom of Manhattan. You can connect to the A&C trains, as well as the 7 train. Consult your subway map before embarking on your journey if you’re not familiar with the area.

Each month, using over 1 million Rentable listings across the United States, we calculate the median 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom rent prices by city, state, and nation, and track the month-over-month percent change. To avoid small sample sizes, we restrict the analysis for our reports to cities meeting minimum population and property count thresholds.
