You can take the MTA subway to campus on many separate lines. You can take the F Line to the Ave X station, then transfer to the eastbound B1 to campus. Also, you can take the N Line to the 86th St. Station to take the B1 bus eastbound. You can also find a connection from Q, B, D, 2, 3, 4 or 5 lines. There are also a plethora of buses you can take to get to campus, so public transportation is definitely not hard to come by in this city. I would not even attempt to drive in this city unless you’ve been doing it for many years. The campus is located in Brooklyn, New York and if you’re making your way from any part of New York City, you will most likely run into walls of taxi’s and people. If you dare to drive give yourself ample time to get to campus depending on where you’re at before your class.

Methodology

Each month, using over 1 million Rentable listings across the United States, we calculate the median 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom rent prices by city, state, and nation, and track the month-over-month percent change. To avoid small sample sizes, we restrict the analysis for our reports to cities meeting minimum population and property count thresholds.
