Our New York Friends Home is a freshly renovated apartment located in the heart of Brooklyn which will make your everyday life as comfortable as it possibly can be: weekly cleaning, all great sized and well-designed rooms, comfortable transportation, spacious living room with smart TV and Netflix.
You will pay a flat monthly fee and everything comes included. No utility bills, no unexpected maintenance costs.
BEDROOM
You will be accommodated in a private room with a queen-size bed, nightstand, closet, and an individual locker provided. All rooms are carefully designed to maximize your living space without compromising your comfort.
Your room will be move-in ready, just like the rest of the house; there's no need to even bring a pillow.
Each room feels calm, spacious and light, offering the ideal respite from busy city living.
COMMON AREAS
New York Friends Home was exclusively designed to be comfortable for all members in any room of the house. Our Coliving space includes a spacious dining room, chill zone with huge TV with Netflix, kitchen, allowing you plenty of room to cook, work and relax, all while getting to know people from all around the world.
Our kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware and everything else you'll need to make a home-cooked meal.
It also included: salt, pepper, sugar, coffee grounds, tea, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and garbage/recycling bags, all of which are routinely restocked.
NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment located in the lovely neighborhood on the border of Bed-Stuy and Bushwick, a wave of nightclubs, Neapolitan pizzerias, and newfangled arcades have popped up alongside the family-run groceries and flower shops.
Easy access to the subway, just 5 min by walk to trains J, Z and M which are great options to get into Manhattan in 30-40 min.
