I lived at the Marquee at Belle Meade this Spring and Summer. Allison and the staff at the Marquee was wonderful to work with! The building was very secure and clean. It is SO convenient to everything! The unit I rented had an amazing rooftop balcony (looking over a quiet residential street) of about 300sq ft! Great for entertaining and outdoor get togethers! The Marquee is pet friendly and lots of folks have dogs to play with your pet. Parking was ample and safe, with a fantastic garage. All of the other owners/tenants were very very nice! Overall a fantastic place to live!

The staff was always helpful, maintenance was careful with my dogs whenever they did work, and they worked with me while I was closing on my house and our builders kept missing their deadlines. Also, it is very safe with multiple key card entries required to access your apartment.

The best thing about The Marquee is the location. I can walk easily to Publix, Walgreens and two different pilates studios. I work downtown, so being so close to the interstate is a huge deal to me as well. Also, the management and maintenance are great too. I have never had to wait longer than a day for a work order to be done. And the office does a good job of communicating in real-time with everyone by emailing us. Such great building, I am so glad to be here!

Very similar experience to Timothys review below. The fire alarms go off in the middle of the all the time along with the Regions bank alarm. The bottom floor of the parking garage flooded without warning! Nearly ruining several cars. The halls always smelled like pee. Even when you move out and think youll get away from this place, months later you are still arguing with management trying to get your deposit back. Apparently, the check got lost in the mail several times. Moved out in July and its now November .. still cant get them to give us our deposit back. Do yourself a favor and look else where.
