I was a tenant in Belmont Place Apartments and I would recommend it as a place to live. The management maintain the property and quickly fix any problems. I was very sad to leave and wish I could have stayed there longer but had to go home due to family circumstances. The complex is old but it is cared for. The apartments are reasonably priced and the neighborhood is safe. There is a grocery store across the street. If I ever come back to Nashville and intend to stay for a year or longer I would move back to Belmont Place.

I lived at Belmont Place for almost four years. It was my first apartment when I moved to Nashville from Chicago. The location is amazing because its so close to 12 South, Belmont and Hillsboro shopping and restaurants. Its also only a ten minute drive to downtown Nashville. This small complex is tucked in a friendly and safe neighborhood with a cute little market on the corner. The price was very reasonable for the location and I was fine with sacrificing an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. Its definitely an older building that has its quirks, but it adds to the charm. Over the last two years the management has been way more attentive and fixing up the place like updating the hallways. Staying here for four years allowed me to save money and enjoy the city while I was single. Now I am engaged and moving to a new apartment building with my fianc.
