HI, we just purchased Valley drive a few months ago and can say the past reviews do not tell the story now. We own other properties and know what it takes to create a community for all to enjoy. We have completely renovated 20 of the 100 units with new wood floors, tiled baths, kitchen cabinets and appliances and will continue to do so as they become available. We also have onsite security as well as a video surveillance system coming in the spring. Our strict application policy and zero tolerance policies means Valley Drive is the place for you.
