My husband and I are new to Cedar Pointe, but absolutely love it here. We moved during at the height of COVID and were very impressed with everyone's accommodations, safety, and flexibility.
Great quality townhouses and wonderful neighborhood. The playground, little libraries, walking trails, community events, and beautiful landscaping make it a wonderful environment to live in. It's also conveniently located within walking distance to a local credit union, groceries, gas stations, and a few restaurants past Hopkins Crossroad, including our favorite board game / coffee shop in the Twin Cities!
I also want to give a shout-out to maintenance who have been stellar - specifically Henry, Tim, and James - as they have been nothing but professional and prompt. And by prompt, I mean I just sent in a request in for some maintenance issues and received a knock on my door within 15 minutes. Very friendly and helpful, we have never experienced such great service from any other rental.
I have never written a review before, which is a testament to Cedar Pointe's quality and care. We would recommend living here in a heartbeat for anyone looking in the area.

I have been renting at various locations for about 10 years and this has been my favorite location by far. Unfortunately, we have to relocate due to work. The leasing agents are amazingly helpful. Even though we rarely see them, they remember our conversations and greet us as if we are old friends. On the first day we moved in, the lead maintenance crew member walked us through common issues, tips, and tricks to make our stay more pleasant. It was the first time I've experienced this level of service and it was very well appreciated. We walked through the unit and he addressed all of our move in concerns on the spot. I'm reluctant to leave, but I would highly recommend this townhome complex, staff, and management company to anyone.

My family and I have lived at Cedar Pointe for over a year and we LOVE it here!! The townhomes are gorgeous and very spacious! The grounds are beautiful and there are miles of walking/bike trails close. The Residents are very friendly and the staff is great as well! You can't beat the location either! We are literally right next to 394, 494, 169 and Hwy 100.
