- Admin fee of $199 due upon lease signing.
- Verifiable positive and stable employment history.
- Verifiable net monthly income of 2.5x the amount of rent or guarantee of lease / co-signer may be required.
- Verifiable positive rental history and references with no unlawful detainers or evictions within the last 10 years.
- Criminal background may be cause for denial.
- Credit score of 625+ (average of the 3 bureaus) or an extra deposit may be required.
- Occupancy limit will apply.
