- Verifiable positive and stable employment history.
- Verifiable monthly income of 2.5x the amount of rent.
- Verifiable positive rental history references.
- Criminal background may be cause for denial.
- Credit score 625+.
- No smoking (includes both tobacco and marijuana)
- Move in requirement of first month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent.
- Admin fee of $199 due upon lease signing.
- Application fee of $60 per adult.
- Tenants pay electric and internet
- Renter's liability insurance required
Pet Policy:
- Maximum of 2 pets (only 1 dog) per unit.
- All pets must be over 1 year old & under 35lbs.
- Non-Refundable pet fee of $250 per pet due at lease signing.
