There is a $55 fee per background check that is the responsibility of the applicant(s). Good references and credit score are required.

• A background check will be conducted on all applicants 18 years of age and older. Applicant’s background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility.
• Applicant must be a non-smoker.
• Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom.
• Pet policy limits pets to 2 small dogs under 30 lbs. (No Cats)
