cool apartment really love it but the fact is that i smell smoke outside and some people smoking and not a good thing for me tho but its a very cool apartment and i love it but there are to many coackroaches and too many rats coming and which can spread diseases and to many spiders and bugs and i got some Mosquito bites and when i go out the hallway of the apartment smells bad and also to many fire alarms...im kind of annoyed and also cars beeping at night and the heater goes to hot that i sweat alot and get body odor ew..

I've been here for almost 4yrs and I love it. The area is beautiful surrounded by forest preserves. It's right on the bus line for easy access to public transportation. There is a strip mall next door for shopping convenience as well as two gas stations. Safe place to live and raise your family. The staff is friendly and polite. The building is clean and and well kept with 24hr maintenance as well. The office manager Tyler is the best, he takes the time to get to know the residents and converses with us often. If you have a problem he takes care of it immediately. I will be renewing my lease again as I am happy here.

I have lived here for a year now and just renewed my leased. I believe overall its a nice neighborhood, lots of nice places to eat and parks as well as walking trails. It could use a few updates here and there but the management is very understanding and usually does well with helping your needs and when rent is due. Haven't has the best luck with tenants being noisy above me but usually quits at 10pm. It's kid friendly and tenants are usually pretty nice. Would recommend for a small family.

I have lived here for a year and renewed my lease again. I love my apartment and its very spacious for me and my son.The staff in the office are very nice, caring and they like to make sure that there tenants are happy. Any time i need anything fix or for them to check something at my apartment they come that day or the next day and get it done. Yes you hear kids running sometimes in the hallway and people talking in the hallway as they are walking by but lets be honest that happens every where you live. Honestly I haven't had any problems with rats or anything. i do believe that its on how clean people are. If this place was so bad like some people say then I would of never renew my lease. This is a wonderful home.
