I have been at Park Glen Commons for four years now, and each year has been a totally comfortable experience. I most appreciate the responsiveness of the Manager, Stephanie Goldschmidt and Maintenance Engineer, Richard Cyr, to all my needs that have arisen over time -- each was handled promptly, hassle-free and to my total satisfaction. It's also a pleasure to see the cohesiveness between the manager and engineer. This has proven to be a tremendous and unique feeling of security, especially when those emergency "uh-oh" events occur! I had several choices of apt. complexes in Madison after selling my condo -- each year here increasingly reinforces my conviction that I made the right selection by moving to Park Glen. My sincere thanks to Stephanie and Richard -- they comprise a good team and have kept the building in top condition for all of us enjoy.
