Ive only had bad experiences coming here whether it was visiting for a tour, coming over to see my friend, etc. I asked security if there was a bathroom on the first floor because I didnt want to use my friend and the guard told me, This isnt a public restroom. I dont live here and Im so happy that I dont. You truly find out how maintenance is by not how they treat the tenants at the best but at the worse. This is a despicable place that fails to live up to expectations and reminds me of the Prison of Azkaban from Harry Potter. The elevators are always sticky and the place reeks of weed whenever I come here. I will not be returning again.

EDR trust/Hub is a nightmare to deal with. Building is cheaply built.. you can hear your neighbors whispering through the walls. Management falsely reported to the credit agencies that I didn't pay rent for 5 months. Took months for them to address the issue. Each employee blamed someone else in the company as they sent me in circles. They admitted this was a "common problem" and I wasn't the only one with the issue. Once you sign the lease the only thing they care about is your rent check. Plenty of other "luxury" options on campus for a cheaper price and top quality service.

Honestly probably the best place I've lived, and I've lived in a looooot of places. I've been living there for 2 years now and the only few problems I've had were very small and fixed as soon as I brought them to the staff's attention. The staff is friendly, outgoing, and very helpful (especially Bella, she's kind of the best.) The rooftop pool and outdoor courtyard on the second floor are my favorite things about the place. Would definitely recommend.

For the price of living here, I would recommend living any other place in town and enjoying yourself instead. The experience here has been a total disappointment. I initially enjoyed the weight room and pools, but maintenance does not keep up with the traffic. If you do not plan to use the amenities right when they open in the morning, you can assumed they will be overcrowded and trashed. Even more frustrating though is the fact that they dont respect your privacy, nor do they keep up a functioning security system. I have been accused of littering and vandalizing the building for acts that I have never done, and have 0 connection to...this is particularly inexcusable because if they utilized their camera system properly they should have known who did these things, instead of repeatedly accusing me of something I have no connection with. Beyond that we have had constant problems with the cheap washing and dryer. After multiple repairs from maintenance, it was clear that they were not going to give us a system that was functioning. Overall the hub does not feel like a home. I have lived in apartments which offer less amenities and have been much happier because I felt welcome in my own apartment. The manager has been nice to me personally, but that doesnt make up for having your privacy alienated because I functioning system was not already in place...also they are offering a gift card lottery to anyone that is posting 5 star reviews so be leery. I wasnt going to write this until I saw they were trying to cover up their own bad press.

The way management has been dealing with issues has been beyond unacceptable. There was a drug issue on our floor last fall and someone suggested that it was our apartment that was causing problems. When management addressed this to us, they threatened to evict us. I do not use drugs at all. Our apartment is almost always very quiet. When telling management that our apartment is not using drugs, they told us they did not believe us and told us that this was our first warning and that they follow a first warning, last warning system. It was very disheartening to have my honest words disregarded, and to be threatened by management. Also, I have gone to the front desk to address an issue and the front desk worker never looked up from his computer to speak to me. This is very rude and unprofessional. Also, security is a huge issue. One weekend I was on the second floor studying and the two security guards who are supposed to be watching the building played the video games in the club room for about an hour. I have also seen the security guard at the front desk asleep late at night, multiple times. Also, our room was not cleaned before we moved in, there was vomit on my bedroom carpet, underwear left in the room, and the kitchen floor was sticky. The printer never works, and when addressing this issue to management they told me to print elsewhere, even though we are paying for the printer within our rent. The hot tub has been cold in the past, the steam room on the second floor does not work. I have gone to tan multiple times and my key won't scan. Our ice maker does not work, even though multiple maintenance requests were put in to fix it. The issues I've had with the hub are endless. For the price I am paying to live here the amenities should work, my apartment should've been cleaned, and management should at least be civil towards the residents. I will never recommend the hub to anyone.

Stay away from this! My friend lives here and her experience is nothing but horrible. Her housemate let a guy live in her apt for 3 straight weeks. That dude basically lives in the living room and invites random people over to party. They can party or make noise until 3-4 am everyday. She felt so unsafe in your own home. When we address this with the management, they told her to pay transfer fee and said they cannot find any empty place but higher-rent places. Random housemate can be tricky but the way the management handle the issue is unacceptable. They completely did not consider my friend emotion. She was crying to all over the office and managers (yes that is managers with an S) did not bother to calm her down.

Very horrible experience living at the Hub. Amenities that were promised on the lease never worked throughout the entire year I lived there, the building often had trash laying in the halls. Furthermore, I (and multiple other people I know who lived in the building) were falsely charged for taking shower speakers. Overall an absolutely horrible experience, especially from a place that claims to offer luxurious living.

The wost apartment in Madison. My car has been hurt by twice in the parking lot. But office show me that they didnt have any video to help me to find who did it, even I paid $250 per month to rent a parking spot. Also, I put the request online last year to request officer to fix my bedroom door. Somebody come to my home and told me he will bring a new door to my home. However, he didnt comeback again. I am still waiting for my new door. Btw, the damage is occurred before I move in.

All the furniture and appliances were in fairly good condition, which was nice. The amenities are decent. The package delivery system is fast and easy. The location is awesome. However, I have experienced many problems here. For more a month, I could not access my original parking spot because the dumpsters occupied it, which was very frustrating because parking is very expensive. They had promised me to have my parking situation figured out a day after I moved in. This promise date became a week, and then eventually it just seemed like there was not going to be any changes. I sent management an email requesting a refund for a month's worth of parking, highlighting their failure to fix this situation. I received no response. Only after I came to the front desk to highlight the issue in person did the situation get resolved, taking an additional 2-3 days. The fitness center and yoga studio, which I use often, are maintained poorly. The weights are not racked properly, and equipment is stored inconsistently. The lack of free weight straight barbells was disappointing (no equipment for squats, deadlifts, barbell benching). As for my apartment, part of my door frame was broken on day 1. I tried to submit a maintenance order twice, but both times the website malfunctioned and told me to try again later. Only on the third time did the maintenance request go through. Our floor's trash and recycle chutes are either difficult to operate or do not operate as they should. The toilet tanks are filled with scum, which give the bowl an unsettling color. The community here is pretty rowdy. From our apartment, it is not common to hear screaming and yelling and loud party music. I've smelled alcohol and marijuana in the hallways and stairwells on multiple occasions. Beer cans and food packages sometimes litter the hallways and stairwells.

The security guards are currently playing the video games in the study lounge on the job. A couple weeks ago, a stranger walked into our apartment, somehow having a key to our place. When we brought it up with the "managers" downstairs, it was said that they would follow up with us and view the security cameras also checking our door. Still haven't heard anything about it since. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE HERE. Don't waste your time with this dump and the creeps that work here. Side note, when I moved in there was a pile of vomit on my bedroom carpet. This should speak for itself.

With the apartment door and your room door shut, the noise is dampened to a degree, but you can definitely still here people. Unless you're one of the aforementioned people who make this place hell, don't live here.

There are much much better places to live with the same price you would pay to live here. The staff is rude, they lie about everything, they do not offer roommate matching they will place you anywhere they have an opening, the security in the building is awful, they are only here on friday and saturday so other days anyone can come in, the wifi cuts out at night, the rooms are EXTREMELY SMALL and overpriced, the sauna is broken in the spa room. On top of that if you do put a maintenance request in for them to come and fix something like my patio door and it is in the middle of winter and freezing will probably not do it even after 2 months, and your heating bill will be over $200. Honestly, it is not worth the hype or price. Live somewhere else with better staff and security.

The maintenance is done quickly but they don't have good fixes for some problems. The chairs and the table provided are cheap. The back of the chairs bend backwards when you barely lean back even if you weigh like 150 lb. This issue is never addressed by maintenance. The table we had was crooked and would shake, and maintenance "fixed" it with a piece of cardboard. The apartment was filthy when we moved in. Everything was dusty and the windows had tons of hand marks all over. Lastly, management charges you fees for apartment like renters insurance. It's ridiculous that they also charge fees for transferring money from a bank account!

I LOVE living at The Hub! The location is prime, and the amenities are endless. I feel like I'm living with a local YMCA. Except the YMCA is my apartment. And the YMCA is a floor below me. And the YMCA is the kind with a bunch of naked men, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms and tanning beds. And virtual golf. And study rooms. And with an infiniti pool on its roof. (That should really be open past 10PM) The managers Donnell & Dennis are the absolute best. You can tell that they really care about the residents. They take care of their residents like none other. I definitely recommend living here at The Hub.

Having extremely nice bathroom amenities and living area made me have to purchase a second lease. Price was a little high but having its own work out facilities made the price worth it. Would recommend!
