Steve Brown Apartments has been a fantastic location to rent from, and I would highly advise a friend to rent from them. For the past two years, I've been living in a studio apartment at the Henry Gilman Apartments, and I strongly recommend it due toits wonderful location and pleasant staff. Every time I've required assistance with a concern, it's been handled immediately and efficiently. My contacts with employees have always been polite, and any questions I have are swiftly and effectively handled. Kyle, in particular, is without a doubt one of SBA's best employees, and his professionalism, promptness, and dependability made my experience here that much better.

I love living here at Henry Gilman - the one bedroom is so spacious that my partner actually ended up moving in with me and we love it! The one bedroom comfortably fits two people no problem. The area does get pretty loud, even during the day, but honestly worth it for the location. My favorite part about my apartment here is that the balcony windows are huge and let in so much sun, I absolutely love it. I spend about half of my time on the balcony in the summer months, it is just so gorgeous. Try to get a south facing apartment! The staff and maintenance are so so so helpful and quick to respond. I always love calling the front desk because they are so sweet and helpful. I love living here, highly recommend!

Living here thus far has been a wonderful experience. Its just enough space for one person to live comfortably. My only complaint is that Langdon gets pretty loud sometimes, even during the day, but thats a small price to pay for an apartment with a good location and plenty of amenities!

I love our studio. We live on the tenth floor and have a great view. The office staff is very helpful, and the community center on the first floor is a nice touch, with computers, a printer, a TV and a small gym. Overall, our apartment is better than I expected from the pictures and reviews online.
