Dogs, Cats, Fish, and Caged Birds are welcome! Dogs and cats must be neutered or spayed, and dogs must weigh less than 30 pounds (breed restrictions are: Pitbull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler & Doberman Pinscher).Maximum of 2 pets, $50/mo. for per dog or cat and $25/mo. per small, caged animal, bird, or reptile. No additional deposit is required. We ask that all pets who will be living or visiting your residence be disclosed. Qualified service animals are always welcome, but must be disclosed. Exotic pets are not allowed.
The Grand Victorian is a beautiful Victorian home with 11 apartments. There are three rooms available that have a shared kitchen and bathroom, which is cleaned weekly by our staff. The studio apartments are large and have great light and unique touches throughout.
The one-bedroom apartments have a mix of extras: detailed woodwork, decorative fireplaces, china cabinets, walk-in closets and breakfast bars.
The two-bedroom apartment has high ceilings, wood floors, a back deck, and a breakfast bar.
