Pretty overpriced for what you get, but the location is hard to beat. Seconds from state st and the terrace. Residents are on the rowdy side and the whole neighborhood parties hard, which could be a positive or negative depending on who you are. Internet was reliably fast, maintenance service was not. My window wouldnt stay open for the whole year after several maintenance requests went unanswered.

My experience was good while living here at 613. It's a gorgeous, rather large apartment and had the added bonus of coming furnished. Everything is in working order and if something ever wasn't, the maintenance team handled it smoothly. A big downside for us was the internet service, specifically how slow it could get during peak periods. This became a huge issue when I needed to get things done for school.
