If you like being harassed by street people at the front door, you should live here. If you like the smell of street people pee at the back door, you should live here. If you like a 105 year old building that really smells like 105 years of body odor, you should live here. If want to know what it's like to ride in an elevator from the 1940s that doesn't even have a door, you should live here. If you want to use your key to get into the building and run into a homeless person wandering around jiggling doorknobs because someone was careless enough with the door to let them in, you should live here. If you want your clothes stolen from the one working washer and dryer in the laundry room, you should live here. If you want your mail or packages stolen from the common areas, you should live here. If you want to live with random people coming into your apartment when you're not there because management says they have to show an apartment and for some reason the apartment to show can be no one else's but yours, you should live here (seriously, this happened about five times a month when I lived here. Who wants strangers coming into their personal space that often?). If you want to be accused of lying, ignored or otherwise threatened by the management company for filing complaints about any of the above, then you should live here.
