If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would!! The staff, Miss Erica and Miss Ashleigh are amazing!! They were so friendly and very helpful with my move in. The grounds are kept very clean. The pool and amenities area are gorgeous. They have the most amazing gym with everything you will ever need. The rooms have updated appliances, beautiful floors, and a nice size tub!! A really wonderful unit!! I made the right decision with The Alexandria!!

Me and my family are thinking about relocating to Madison. The help and knowledge of the area from Ashleigh has been so much help for us. Ashleigh has been so patience with us and answering all our needy questions. The apartments and the area are beautiful.

I will start by saying the staff has definitely been 5 stars all the way. Channing has been helpful since the day I stepped into the office. Answered all my questions and has truly been a pleasure to work with. The reason why I am giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because the walls are super thin. Also right outside the bedroom window of this unit you have about 6 air conditioning units all stacked close, two of them less than two feet from the window and you hear them loudly kick on and off all night long. Update: Fitness center is never cleaned, the floors are always dirty and the trash is always overflowing. The bathrooms are never cleaned either, no toilet paper, and no paper towels to dry your hands.

I've been living here for coming up on a year, I think the apartment is very nice, it's new, and the grounds are kept very clean. I would agree with some of the other comments about thin walls however the front office has done good on any complaints. I wouldn't say this is the best apartment I've had but I could see myself renewing the lease. I don't have any issues with appliances, and things like the pool and gym are really well kept. Although I do have to say parking is limited, not as bad as when I first moved in. You can probably scroll down and read a review complaining about a motorcycle and a car in one spot. That's actually mine, there aren't really enough spots if you have 2 vehicles unlike the last place I stayed. But my choice was take up two spots or one. Either way a vehicle will be in that spot. I don't know if I can say this place is worth the price but that really depends what you're looking for. P.S. To the guy who put my vehicles online, I appreciate it. The bike is for sale, I'm open to offers. I need a new one. It should be on Facebook marketplace soon.

We love our apartment here at The Alexandria. The help we received from Kim H. and Angelique made our relocation from KY so much smoother of a transition. The spacious floor plan is only one of the many reasons we chose this complex. Having the nice washer and dryer in our unit is also a benefit. Looking forward to using the beautiful pool area and convenient gym as well.
