I have nothing to say but positive things about this community. I just moved to Huntsville from Tampa. Laura Lynn was the absolute best to work with!!! From the minute I walked in on a Friday she helped me right away as I was stressed out. She told me to sit down and calm down she's got me. :) within no time I was approved and was able to move in on Monday. The whole staff here was so kind and very helpful. Will and Donna was very hands on as well. They were all so laid back and made me feel at home. The location is perfect! I can walk to Publix and Taco Mama. It's very convenient to everything! Target is right across the street as well. Not to mention a complimentary coffee bar with lattes, cappuccinos, hot chocolate, Oh and an amazon hub also! this place is amazing! :)

My wife and I have been residents of The Station at Clift Farm for 11 months. We thought living in an apartment would be a temporary move but we love it here so much we renewed our lease and plan to stay. The amenities are unlike any other apartment. The gym, pool, and cyber cafe are added luxuries to the amazing staff that make the leasing process simple and stress free. What few maintenance calls we have made have been fixed quickly and efficiently. All of the staff really make it feel like home with community game nights in the clubhouse. Laura Lynn at the office always goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are cared for. She is always happy and smiling and whenever you see her she always takes time to say hello.We have rented houses for years, but never had an experience as wonderful as we have had at The Station.

The staff here did a great job of helping us find the right apartment and sign a lease even though we were in a rush and were unable to visit and take a tour. All of the amenities are new and very nice. We've had no problems with disturbances. This is a great location in the heart of Madison, and there are so many great restaurants and stores nearby.

This is literally one of the best apartments Ive ever lived in. My neighbors and the staff here are so friendly and welcoming. Ive been here since July 2021 and have no complaints. Its right in the middle of such a lively area, however its never noisy or loud. Maintenance is awesome and completes any requests in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone to live here! 10/10

We absolutely love our 1 Bedroom 1 Bath! It is so quiet here! Both me and my girlfriend just moved in recently, and we love how attentive, professional, and kind ALL the staff are! Will was so patient and kind answering all of our questions, (this was our first apartment), and touring us through two different floor plans! The maintenance team here is very quick with their work, and thorough and also overall VERY professional. We feel so fancy living here! Thank you the Station at Clift Farm for our new home!
