They are slum lords. Paid about $1900 for rent and security deposits and only got 30 bucks back. They never came to fix our toilets. Staff is never there when you need them. Work out and swim area were always closed. The charge you bogus charges for people not putting their trash in the always full dumpster. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. We have been a resident here since 2013 and I guess there was a change in the leasing office and the maintenance employees not sure why but the new staff is just like the old staff with the exception of the maintenance staff. How do you run business or fill apartments if no one is ever in the office??!!! Even if you call the office all day the phone just rings and rings, you leave a message no one every returns phone calls. We have never experienced such unprofessional people, they are never in the office it will say open but when you try to open the door its locked or no one answers!!!! There is a sign that has the day and times when the office is suppose to be open but that's a joke!!! I believe the office may be open a total of 2 days out of week and not even a full 8 hrs!!! They have a drop box which is never open especially when the office is supposed to be open but its not and you want to use the drop box to drop your rent because no one is in the office to take your rent payment!! Nothing but a big inconvenience and chance for them to charge you a late fee!! Also you pay for water in your rent but they will hit you with a water bill for $600 saying you went over the allotted water usage amount???!!! Who does that???!!! There is no discussion of water overage charges when you sign the lease, and you never get a water bill of what the actual water usage was for your apartment just a letter saying you owe this much and its due in 30 days!!! Pool use to be accessible during pool hours now the pool is locked & chained when they don't have someone staffed and even when they do they are not there during the posted pool hours. Just overall bad management , so glad to be leaving.

When i moved into my first unit, it took them until February of 2018 to fix the sliding glass door in the apartment.
It took them three days to fix a leaking sink that was leaking a profuse amount of water, and considered an emergency maintenance issue. The response over the phone to the emergency call, we dont want to pay someone overtime on the weekend. Put a bucket under it and we will get to it on Monday.
I was moved into a new unit March 16th 2018. The dryer has not worked from day 1. It is now April 4th and it is still not fixed.
I am still dealing with the issue of my dryer not working properly. Each week I am given a new day of when the issue will be fixed.

Takes about 2 weeks or more for a maintenance request to get handled and you have to badger them about it (even if its an emergency). They are terrible about following up with tenants. They are not always open during their office hours.

The apartment is nice and affordable. I had a pretty decent time living here for the three years that I lived here. I moved out at the end of July and never recieved my deposit. I called at the beginning of September about it and she stated I should be getting it at the end of the month. The end of the month came and i never received it. I called back in November and he asked who i spoke with and I told him and he stated none of the girls were working there anymore and they have all new people and he was trying to catch up on all of the paperwork. A week later i recieved a letter stating I owe them $300 in damages and over 1k in water and msd. I have many issues regarding this. My first issue was I was charged for painting the apartment, this would be considered normal ware and tare. I was also charged for leaving things in the apartment and I can say i left that apartment completely empty. My second issue is I paid water monthly, this was included in my rent, and no where on the paper does it show they took this amount out (i have my lease to show i was required to pay this monthly). In addition, each year i was sent a water bill if I went over the cap. If this wasnt paid then i would have had late bills and it would have been in collections (this is also on my lease). I do plan on disputing this and getting my deposit back!

I would not refer my enemy to this place. So glad I purchased my own home. They keep your deposit so they can use that money along with the other peoples deposits to build new complexes. When I moved out it was a total of 10 people who moved out of the complex. Every month people was moving in and moving out. Plus I think they must not do a back ground check seems like you have king pins and trailer trash that has moved in. Stay away purchase a home. If you can rent from them you could buy a home and lower price than what you pay these people. They have prostitutes for management which they should do a drug test on them. Horrible place stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They do not deserve the star I gave them that was overrated

I've lived here less than a year. When I first moved in all was fine (I think my upstairs neighbors were on vacation). Peace and serenity for all of 2 months then it hit the fan! It's like living under CHURCH HILLS DOWNS or maybe I'm mistaken and there is a zoo above me. I hear them stomping day and night, washing clothes at 10:00/11:00 at night vacuuming 11:00 at night. Quite time? I think not! Spoke to the office staff ( mind you, they are very nice people) but the solution was to place a reminder paper in common areas. I'm sorry but that isn't helping. I do love the apartment but not what I have to deal with.

Lived there for two years and overall wasn't a bad place to live. Like some of the other comments you can hear your neighbors in their apartments as well. My biggest complain that is we had an apartment right next to the stairs and people would stomp up and down there stairs like a stampede and knock pictures off the wall. Also people speed through the parking lot. Another big complaint is the water bill they l8ke to hit you with when you renew your lease. Mine was $500 so watch out for that

You can easily hear your neighbors music, kids jumping or...pretty much everything.If you complain to the property management they will reply with: First reply, we will talk to the loud people.Second complaint reply, we talked with them, they said they corrected the problem.3rd complaint reply. Maybe you are the problem.4th complaint reply. We have talked with the loud people said they are correcting.5th complaint reply. We will offer you to move but you have to extend your lease.6th complaint reply. What can we do?7th complaint reply. Move to an upstairs apartment and extend your lease.As you can see. If you are unlucky to get noisy neighbors don't expect for them to do anything and obviously you are the problem and you need to make the sacrifices.The apartment turnover here is high...very high. Can you figure out why?The maintenance however is fantastic.
