Don't expect any of your 500.00 deposit back. Lived here for a year and when I moved I cleaned the place until it was spotless. I asked why I wasn't getting any of the money back and all they could tell me was the carpet had to be replaced because it was so worn. I honestly didn't even live here full time. The carpet was perfect. There were two holes in the wall, that apparently costs me 500.00. And they NEVER sent the invoice of what had to be fixed although I called several times to discuss. Frustrated.

We moved here on July 1, 2010. It's had some problems, but what real estate has no problems? The neighbors are a good mix; not skewed toward any particular demographic, and if there is a problem, it's handled quickly. They do like for you to pay your rent on time, and since we've been landlords in the past, we completely understand. Owners have bills associated with ownership, and must meet them on time. The owner of Four Seasons is no different. Apartments are not a welfare project. It's a 'cash for service' deal, on time, in time, every time. I recommend Four Seasons for anyone committed to paying their rent first, and then dealing with other problems after that's handled.

Soo, this place is not that bad when you start renting. But when you leave, it's hell. First off, they will knock your stuff around and cause messes if you aren't moved out within the first week of notification, DESPITE having a full month to move out. I came back the 2nd week of the month to things being pushed and spilled over. So, they will charge you for that. Second, on the website, states you pay a pet deposit for your pet(s). On the day you move out, it's a fee and covers nothing apparently now. Third, they will exaggerate something as little as counters needing to be wiped off and the floor vacuumed too! A faint odor that requires a ferbreeze? As if you left a toxic waste environment behind. So, you will be charged outrageous cleaning fees. The amenities? When I moved in, I had to use the laundry mat they provided. Anyways, half the washers are broken/will eat your change. The dryers don't dry your clothing either. They have an occasional "pest control" guy "spray" just along your toilet and kitchen cabinet boards but you will still get bugs. I didn't expect a deposit back/much back because yes... I had a pet BUT I did not expect to be hit with tons of fees, mostly caused by the maintenance guy or whomever walked in and pushed my belongings around, causing messes I had no time to fix. To sum it up: Pros: The location is nice, rent is not too terrible. Cons: if you want to use the pool on an iffy schedule (hours when most people work is the only time its open), still have to use a laundry mat or just hang dry your clothes, and if you have a pet(s) and want to move out... You will pay for it. Despite paying a 600 deposit for your pets and 300 deposit to just move in, you will owe them more money. I'm sure they'd find a way to charge you even without pets and a spotless apartment. P.S. Admiral Dozer. When I saw your review a few years back; it was too late as I have had already moved into the place. I instantly regretted it and was really hoping you were bluffing. Unfortunately you were very much right. This time though, my carpet was fine UNTIL they came in, before my last month was up, and dumped my cat box and a can of closed popcorn all over onto it. I'm paying for their "mistake" there.

This office has been extremely difficult. We applied and ran into some tangles. They said they're working on it and we haven't heard nor can get ahold of anyone there during business hours. I've called many times and left messages to no avail. We simply want a yes or a no so we can continue our search. I've been looking into other apartments and never have trouble reaching someone. If you're looking for managers with heart... don't go here. The area is beautiful. But at this point that's all it has going for it.

We have lived here for over two years and have had nothing but good experiences. The management is always responsive when we need something, and works hard to make sure we get the best deal possible. We've had some issues with our plumbing (it's an old building), and they always fix everything right away. We've never had an issue with noise, and the apartment itself is nice. Love the location. Highly recommended.

I would not recommend this complex to anyone who wants to sleep at night.

Quiet neighborhood, overall nice community from what I have seen in the 6 months I have been there. However! Part of what we pay for in rent is use of the pool, which is advertised as one of their ammenties. The pool has not been opened this year and will not be as it in a horrible state, and no one is working on it. My understanding from my neighbors is this has happened many times in years past. I also agree the management is disorganized, does not return phone calls and claims they "didn't get the message" when you call after hours or leave a message with the weekend staff.

I see some negative reviews and am surprised--I guess all I can say is I always treat this place as my home and I have always been treated warmly and fairly by the staff. I have to agree with the other users posting. The location is great but they charge $25 for water that doesn't stay hot. The management is a joke, I have had several issues and the maintenance is not top notch. When you present a complaint, they laugh at you. Very unprofessional. I had a friend that left when her lease was up and I have also heard that they try to scam you with the whole carpeting situation. I'm currently going through a dispute right now. The manager SANDY called me yelling at me because of this review. Look else where.

The community exterior and the management appears to be very decent and professional, but once you started to talk with the staff, you will find how narrow-minded they are. Clearly they only accept application from people who have citizenship, and they also said it out loud "all non-citizens are illegal!". Renter beware: while Four Seasons Apartments has a nice location and the price is okay, the way they conduct business is terrible. I signed a 13 month lease, and when I gave them notice at the end of my 12th month that I would be moving out, they tried to say I had signed a 14 month lease. I had to contact the property owner to resolve this. Additionally, after I moved out a collection agency called me and said I had racked up a 800 dollar bill for "carpet replacement and cleaning." The apartment was shampooed before we left and had no stains. Renter beware, the way they conduct business is not in anyway kosher or honest. They make money by taking people to court after they move out with phoney charges.
