Noise is fine. Parking is fine. Neighbors are fine. But the bugs and bad maintenance are brutal. My very clean apartment is infested with fruit flies, fungus gnats, springtails, millipedes and centipedes. I have sticky bug pads lining most of my walls, which is humiliating for any kind of company but the only way to go, unfortunately. They come through windows and doors very easily. The gutter drains right by my window, creating a haven for all moisture loving bugs. The fake flooring is rolling up in areas and my humidity level is always extremely high. The bathroom caulk issue is constant. Maintenance doesn't really fix anything- they bandaid it until you get tired of asking. They will make a giant mess feet wide while bandaid-ing something and never clean it up. I asked to move to a different apartment b/c of the bugs and I was told I could, but the cost would go up $150 for the same square footage b/c I had "such a good deal" on the first apartment. So now I'll be going on every site possible showing what a "good deal" I got. Hopefully there is a place to attach pictures of my bug roommates.

I have never met a staff that cares about their tenants like Fenwick Park Place. I have lived at Fenwick for 15 months now. They have a quick and professional maintenance staff. An office staff that is always attentive to the needs of their residents and an overall atmosphere that feels like home. Their property manager Kim is especially helpful.
Absolutely a great place to live and I would recommend to anyone looking to move into this side of the city!

Now the man across our back yard put a Rick of wood on his back porch and we have seen lots of mice and rats. . this is bad. Getting worse. The activitie of them are around 1 am and on. They are running in the yard and going in and out of the wood pile. No one has made him get rid of the wood. My bf has went to the office n told them n nothing. He has called and I have...? ?
Please help someone.

My experience here at the Fenwick Creek Apartments as been nothing short of excellent. The staff is wonderful to work with as well. Also, any time I have needed maintenance to fix anything in my apartment, its done and completed by the next day. Overall, I rate these apartments at a 5. I would and have referred my friends and family about moving to the Fenwick Creek apartments.

Theverything apartment we lived in for 3 months, dated and dirty. Day we moved in the police were serving a eviction notice. Told the office about a bag of garbage outside a door that had been sitting there for days. Had to sir in the office before the girl decided to get the bag of garbage. Well the rent was 1180.00 per month for a rat hole by the railroad tracks. We left after 3 months, they changed 20 percent of the rent for the last 2 months rent. But, the charged back the so called discount they gave us for living in a rat hole, a discount of 105 dollars a month. LOL... So to get out of our lease it cost a total of $2500.00 dollars. Never Never rent from this establishment. Oh yeah the roof leaked, if you were no careful the hot water would scald you. Management is nothing but a joke. STAY AWAY FROM FENWICK APARTMENTS.

Such a bummer- I hate to leave poor reviews, but advise you live somewhere else unless you're a repair man/woman who never gets mail. Biggest issues have been with the staff. Management is great, but have made hiring choices costing us time, money, headaches, and SO much frustration. Office staff illegally kept time sensitive packages from us. Even after I requested that they check for any and all packages to our address. Cherry on top was the disrespect and passing of blame involved. Maintenance staff are kind and quick, but it takes several requests on the same major issue (a/c, appliances) to get them in working order. I'm upset now, and sure to be upset several times again before we can move in a few months. Such a bummer.

This is my first apartment rental, and what can I say it's amazing! I enjoy this area a lot, Fenwick staff makes the moving experience great! The Women in the office are absolutely incredible,and have been extremely helpful! They are all very Social and polite. The price you pay is well worth what you get.
The Location is the best Louisville has to offer. I travel often and the sense of security I get from being far from home at times is great. Fenwick is a very peaceful place.
I work hard so I can enjoy the amenities around me! I would recommend this community to everyone!!

Here at the Fenwick Place Aparments! You are in the heart of the most hardworking areas in Louisville. I travel often.The since of secureness I have being a thousand miles away from home. Is a feeling that has humbled me and is teaching me along the way. The Fenwick and I are actually complete opposites ... I'm outgoing, loud and always willing to try the unexpected. The Fenwick Place Apartment is at peace, calm and very straight forward.
If you're asking how does that work out? I would say perfectly the Fenwick Place Apartment is teaching me, and preparing me for the fabulous life that I want too live. I work hard so I can enjoy the amenities around me! I would recommend this facility to anyone!! I'm pretty sure a blind man would feel the excellence around him once he entered the Fenwick Place Apartment Lot!

Most likely because this environment is populated with older people and their tolerance for noise is at an all time low, so I wouldn't be surprised if they called the cops because my tv is too loud. I lived a Fenwick for two years and decided this year to buy a home BUT it was the best community I have ever lived in. They were very nice people and always took care of my apartment needs! If you are looking for an apartment check out Fenwick Place. The location was amazing and a very pretty community. I fell in love with the community and the area so much I bought my house 3 miles away.
