We got an emergency situation on Saturday that the circuits was overload. Alan, the maintenance team representative came to our apartment and fix it within an hour. He is very friendly and professional. Our family thank him for his help and his efforts! 5 star service!

Jocelyn, Danielle and the team are very nice and professional. We have a pleasant and stress-free house tour. We decided to sign the lease today and the environment looks safe and awesome. Looking forward to moving in.

We moved to Avalon Russett recently and it was such a smooth process. We worked with both Porche and Jocelyn in the leasing office and they were both so kind and helpful. We moved into one of the renovated 2 story townhomes. It has beautiful details and is very modern. We submitted a couple maintenance requests the day we moved in and to our surprise the maintenance team fixed them the very next day, even the tiniest requests. I was so impressed and have loved living here!

I was helping a friend find an apartment and Avalon was where he wanted to go. We visited several locations and ended up choosing one and he loves it. I must say that during this process we meet Ms. Porsha and she was patience and an amazing resource. She called daily to check in on us to see where we were with applications and allowed us tours of the the properties. Even though we signed at another location she was gracious in directing us to another Avalon property that had the perfect location and amenities that we were looking for. So, again thank you Porsha for helping us make the best choice with Avalon.

Searching for a rental place has been an nightmare. Since finding Avalon Russett it has been nothing but warm welcome. Working with Porche was amazing. She truly cares and really works with you. The community is beautiful with many amenities and spacious homes. Very quiet and safe for everyone.

We worked with Patrick to tour and ultimately sign the lease on a new apartment in this community and had such a wonderful experience throughout the whole process. We had a very tight timeline to get everything done and Patrick was extremely responsive, flexible, and helpful as he coordinated our move-in process. I was communicating with Patrick from California and he made the entire process less stressful despite me being on the other side of the country!
Having lived here for about a month now I can say that the community is wonderful. It is very quiet here with lots of friendly residents. Easy package and mail pick up, there are new community amenities opening up soon, lots of walking trails and parks nearby, and very dog-friendly! Very spacious floor plans as well.
