Effective April 1, 2025 at 4:30 PM, due to the volume of applications on the waiting list and minimal turnover creating an unreasonable waiting period of at least 3-5 years, the waiting list for THE APARTMENTS AT COLLLEGE AVENUE is CLOSED, and we are no longer accepting applications for the waiting list.
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY APPLIED:
Once we begin leasing the units, we will set up an appointment to review your application. These appointments will be set 120 days prior to the community opening. Due to high demand for affordable housing in the area and the limited number of apartments available, please be advised that the application process will close quickly. AN APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE AN APARTMENT. Applications will be processed in the order they are received.
Minimum and maximum income limits must be met to qualify.
RENT INCLUDES WATER, SEWER, AND TRASH REMOVAL
Section 8 and most housing vouchers are accepted.
