The building was formerly a YMCA and has been lovingly restored for ease of use and creating a small community for those ages 55 and better. There are laundry facilities, an elevator, several resident lounges, and common areas including a community kitchen for social events.
The original gym has been preserved providing an indoor sports court, there is an indoor running/walking track and fitness center as well.
