As with all properties, there will be things that occur after any length of time. The thing that can make or break the situation is the responsiveness of the staff and their ability to address the situation in a fair and reliable manner. That being said, the staff here are fantastic.
The apartments are well kept but vary in how nice or updated they are. Our first apartment was awesome, and we loved it, but due to the location we switched buildings. I would do anything to switch back. This one is considered "updated" but there is nothing that even compares to the old unit. While we have more privacy being on the backside of a building but everything else sucks vs. previous!
Regardless of my mistake of changing apartments, and the plethora of problems in this building, we renewed our lease because the pros outweigh the cons here.
