I've had a really good experience living here. Always able to get in contact with someone during their office hours, their maintenance workers respond promptly to requests. The place is decent and well kept. Plus they paint an accent wall for you when you move in and that was a HUGE bonus for me!

Loud people screaming outside at all hours of the night. Paper thin walls with people always playing loud bass. They refuse to fix the lock to our building, I've seen at least 10 keys broken off into the lock (including mine) and they just take it leaving the door open for anybody to walk in for hours. Then they just slap it back on still broken waiting until the next time a key breaks.
Also the parking lot is way over crowded. I can never find parking because I work late at my job. Literally drove around the whole entire parking lot with not a single spot open. So a parked up against a railing being the only option I had to park. And I got a ticket for it. I went down to confront the office about my ticket and Lisa very rudely told me that I can't park in the day care parking or I would be towed, and that I should just pay for an overpriced garage stall. On top of my already over priced apartment.
I pay extra for a washer and dryer that I can barely use because it literally rocks out into the hallway. This is the 3rd one they've installed and instead of them just calling an actual professional, the send up incompetent maintenance men who have no idea what's going on. And honestly I just don't want to have to see the maintenance guys struggle in and out of my apartment trying to install ANOTHER washer and dryer, it's embarrassing. This place is a joke. I was contemplating resigning my lease but after this I'll be relocating.

Worst place to live.I lived here for a year and was glad when my lease finished. Management is extremely rude and always hide information please read your lease carefully.

I've lived here two years, and I'll be signing a lease for a third.
To address other responses here: yes, there are kids, from a very wide variety of cultures here, and yes, some of them are rambunctious. But it has been my experience that they have been polite when I've spoken to them. There's child care on site, and it's not a bad place to raise a family.
I have more concerns with neighbors than with the staff. The cleaning and maintenance crews work harder here than just about any other place I've lived, and that's because serious damage and disrespect of public areas happens much more frequently.
This apartment complex is out of control. Kids are running around like crazy. We frequently received fliers explaining of people peeing in the elevators...
This apartment complex is out of control. Kids are running around like crazy. We frequently received fliers explaining of people peeing in the elevators and leaving trash sit in the hallways. I also frequently observed kids riding their bikes in the hallway. The laundry room appears nice, until you try to use the washer or dryer - both are disgusting and have fecies in them. I only survived 6 months here. I would never ever consider living in this apartment complex again. The management does not have control over anything that goes on there.
