The updated apartments are nice and quiet. The cost is good, as well. The main issue is that the front office always seems to be closed. This is very inconvenient when it comes to packages being delivered and going to get them (if they were open and accepted the package). Sometimes my husband has had to go 3 or 4 times to find them open. They do not abide by the "be back by" clock on the front office door, nor any of the posted times online or when we signed our lease. Seriously, we need someone to get boxes while were at work and to be able to pick them up by 4:45. It shouldn't be so difficult.

Worst apartment, 1-they keep raising rent and no parkking plus even of you rent parking for 60 dollar they still tow your car it happened to me i purchased a car and the same day i got the car i tried to get parking permit sticker i went to the office 3 times and it was closed 12:00 pm and i went 12:30 and 1:00 still closed then i had to go to work and i came home parked my reserved parking and got towed in the next morning my car is gone!!!!! I had to pay $265 this was the second time so i would never ever recomend any one to rent apartment!!!! I would give 0 rating

I HAVE BEEN HERE IN BUILDING 19 OF THE TOWN TERRANCE APARTMENTS FOR ALMOST A YEAR. VERY FRIENDLY AND WORKS WITH ALL ISSUES AND CONCERNS IN A TIMELY MATTER. MAINTENANCE IS VERY FAST AND EFFECTIVE. LOVE THIS PLACE!

They will constantly raise your rent prices and there's NEVER anywhere to park unless you want to pay that extra $60 a month for a reserved spot or garage, if there is any available! Wouldn't recommend it. The price isn't worth it. I have to go somewhere else to do laundry because someone must have an obsession with bleach and it used to get on my clothes even when I would Pre clean the washer. As well as clothes getting ripped somehow, when I don't wash big loads.

If you're going to rent an apartment here, request to see one that does NOT face Excelsior Blvd. Unless you like POLICE SIRENS and TRAIN WHISTLES, you'll most likely be miserable living here.
The leasing office is always understaffed. Most days it opens late and closes early, which is a pain when you need to set up a meeting but also work full time. The office staff also deals with problems as they see fit. If you don't have an emergency, they won't help you until you start hounding them to do their job.
Parking is very limited. There are a few options for private parking, but most of the spots are outside. Outdoor garages fit two cars, but are shared. There's heated underground parking under one of the buildings, but it's been extremely difficult for me to get a spot. I've been on a wait list for months...
There are some positive things though. Rent prices are reasonable. Most of my neighbors are polite and keep to themselves. My refurbished apartment is nice and spacious for a one bedroom. Maintenance is quick to respond and can usually fix a problem in the same day. But even all of that isn't enough to make living here worth it in my opinion.

one month after i Rented a full Garage it got broken into and Stuff stolen and broke, Guess what i even found beer cans and Bottles found in my Garage that i didn't even put there. What an nice place to live Not.. At.. All!!! My car is always towed even tho i have a Perm for my spot.
maintenance is Great.
But here the thing the office never stays open, One time they said they were coming to spray for cockroaches and never showed up, Kept calling them but still no one came.
I have never lived in filth my whole life.
Worst bug problem ever.. They make people Leave there apartments , almost Every 1-4months they are spraying.
