* Applicants should have satisfactory rental history with no outstanding balances owed to previous landlords.
* Credit history will be reviewed as a whole. Limited credit history will not automatically result in denial.
* Materially false, misleading, incomplete, or unverifiable information may result in denial.
* Occupancy is limited in accordance with applicable laws and condo association requirements.
Approval is based on the complete application, screening results, income verification, rental history, and compliance with all applicable condo association requirements.
