TO MOVE IN AS A REGULAR TENANT YOU MUST HAVE :

- $25 FOR A BACKGROUND CHECK
- FIRST MONTH RENT
- SECURITY DEPOSIT (THE SAME AS THE RENT)
- LAST MONTHS RENT
- PROOF OF INCOME ( PAY STUB , SSI)
