Preston Ridge is a pet friendly community with a max of two pets per home with a nonrefundable fee of $325 for 1 pet and $200 additional for a second pet. The monthly pet rent is $35 per pet. Breed Restrictions Apply. Shepherds, Dobermans, Rottweiler, Pitbull, Chow, Bull Mastiff, Cane Corso, Akita, Wolf-dog Hybrid, Great Dane, St. Bernard and any mixes of these breeds. Other pets that are restricted: Ferrets, Reptiles, Tarantulas, and Rodents.
